Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Disco Designs Wholesale! We're excited to partner with retailers and stockists across the United States. Please review the following terms before placing an order. By ordering wholesale products from us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

⏳ Production & Lead Times

  • Standard production time for wholesale orders is 2–3 weeks

  • High-volume orders (1000+ units) may require up to 4 weeks

  • Rush orders are not available

📦 Shipping Details

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided

  • We do not offer free shipping at this time

🛠 Damages & Returns

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final

  • If items arrive damaged, please report the issue within 3 business days of delivery

  • Submit photos and details to discodesignsfl@gmail.com

  • Damaged items will be replaced or credited toward a future order

🛍 Retailer Guidelines

  • Suggested retail price: $16–$20 per cup

  • Cups may be sold in brick-and-mortar stores and on your own website

  • Selling products on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Faire, or other third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited
